Donor Updates

The monthly letter to donors and your board, consistent and grounded.

A wish-granting nonprofit could send every donor a warm monthly update in its own voice.

Fundraising & grants

What teams use it for

  • 01

    Monthly or quarterly donor letters

  • 02

Board updates with the numbers that matter

  • 03

    Year-end thank-you notes

How it works

Three calm steps

  1. 01

    Tell it about your work

Share this month's milestones, numbers, and a story or two. It learns your programs, your voice, and your numbers once, then keeps them close.

  2. 02

    Ask for what you need

Ask for a warm update for donors, or a sharper one for the board. Plain words are fine; no prompts to master.

  3. 03

    Review, then share

A ready-to-send letter in your voice, with the numbers that matter. Nothing goes out until you've read it and made it yours.

Your October updateIllustrative sample

Because of you, 48 wishes came true this month.

One of them was a bike, and a first ride to school.

Next month: winter coats for 120 kids.

With gratitude, the whole team
